This quote means that when you do something good you feel good about yourself. When you make right decisions and when you're friendly to other people, that's the best recreation you can do. If you choose the right, it is guaranteed that you will feel better about yourself because you just did something good. I agree with this quote because it's true, when i do something that I know was good and that nobody asked me to do it, I feel good inside because I know I did something right.
