Duties and Responsibilities: A dermatologist is a doctor who specializes in treating the skin, hair, nails and mucous membranes. The dermatologist treats diseases of the skin, scalp, hair and nails.
Salary: $100,000-$500,000
Education: Need an undergraduate degree from a 4 year college with pre-medical courses in biology, organic chemistry, physics and chemistry. After they must attend a 4 year accredited medical school.
Reflection: Do you think you would like to be one? Why? Why not?
I think I would like to be a dermatologist because it is something i am interested in. I would like to have my career being a dermatologists because i am still helping out people with the problem they may have. A dermatologist is a really good career and the salary is also really good. Being a dermatologist might be one of the careers i choose.
