I agree with this quote because it's basically saying that if you do good in life you're actually enjoying it but if you do bad you're not living because you're not doing the right things. For example when you do everything that you're supposed to do, you're doing the right things, you're going to enjoy living life because you're not going to live in regrets. When you do bad you're just going to continue thinking about the bad things you do and it's not going to let you live how you want to live, which is happy.
