I think this quote is true because if you do something correct like being honest it doesn't really matter if you win or lose. It's more important doing right things because it will benefit you more. You can win or lose in many other things but if you lie you won't be able to take it back because you already did wrong in lying. Its better to do what you think is right because it will help you out a lot. It's better to have a person who is honest instead of a person who just cares about winning.
