I think this quote by Joseph is true because when you're kind you're doing the right thing. Being kind is not a lot of work, it's just suppose to come out naturally, so when you're kind you're doing something great to yourself and the other person. Being kind is a good thing because it will make you feel better since you are doing good things to other. I feel like if you're kind, everybody else will be kind to you as well. So it will eventually benefit you in some way.
